I have that same 11u code on mine. Somewhere on this site there is a decoder but I can't find it. I found a website for gm rpo codes but it lists 11u as 11U : PRIMARY COLOR, EXTERIOR, DK WILLOW SAGE MET (95). Here's all the codes on mine. The 11u code is the paint code, Pewter Metallic.

It depends on your definition of "exactly like mine". If you want to know down to the last ROP code (which includes the production week), CompNine is likely as good as you can get. However, in the most practical sense, nobody cares how many cars have the ultra rare lighted cigar lighter. What usually matters to most collectors and enthusiasts are (in order of priority) the Body (Formula, T/A, etc), the drivetrain (LS1, MM6 etc), performance options (WS6), exterior color (xxU) and possibly interior color (142, 143, etc), and if its a 'vert, top color (41T, etc). CompNine used to allow you to filter the RPOs on your car so that it could report the number of cars that have the same selected RPO codes (so it includes those cars that DON'T have that ultra rare lighted cigar lighter).

From my (limited) breakdown, I can tell you that there were a total of 1602 Formula coupes built in '99, of those, 1025 had the AT, 1153 had T-Tops, and 268 had 11U Pewter exterior, and 632 had the Pewter cloth interior (14B) w/ AG1 articulating seats.
