Looking for headlight bump stops

Looking for headlight bump stops I'm in need of 2 of the little white headlight bump stops for a 98-02. I have the ones that limit the open but I'm missing the stops for closed. Has anyone found someone that's producing those or is it a junkyard only part still? I'm hoping there's a Dorman or gm part number that someone found.
On a related note, the tab on my passenger side is pushed in. Is there a way to get behind the bracket to hammer the tab back out? I've tried to pry it out from the front but there's no room to work without pulling the headlight and possibly a dozen other things.
