Unhappy Reinstalling tcs

I'm new to the group, I just picked up a 2002 ws6. The previous owner did the tcs delete and changed the cruise control box to match. I decided to put it all back in. Everything is back in place and seemingly working. However, when the gas pedal is all the way down, the cable on the throttle body doesn't open the air intake fully. There is a little slack in the cable and there is also some slack at the tcs module on the cable that sits on top. Is there a way to adjust these? I'm thinking i might have put the cable in the tcs module incorrectly. Any help and pics would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You may want to also post this to General Maintenance and Repairs. The complication should be common to all F-Bodies, not just the Firebird.

You might also check the cross reference/years for the parts. Something makes me think there may have been part changes across the years for the cruise control, but I'm not sure.
