Has anyone found a way to deal with the shaky headlight situation? I see in other posts some mention of the white plastic bushing on the bracket, but when fully open the headlight doesn't shake.

There is a single arm on each door, connected to the motor, which actuates it. The arm has a tab on the very end that contacts two metal tabs (stops) around the headlight cavity, which stop the door from moving at the very top and bottom of the motion. (You may need to remove the black plastic shroud from around the headlight bulbs to get a perfect look at these things when the headlight door is all the way open.)
Those tabs (stops) come with white plastic covers on them from the factory. These get brittle and break off over time and can lead to some of this looseness - so you might check that. The best solution (you should find some threads here) is to use short sections of heater or fuel hose and slide them over the stops to take the place of the missing stops.
Another thing that can happen is that these tabs can get bent over time. You may also need to bend them a little bit to get them in the right place.
