brighter replacement headlights?

brighter replacement headlights? Is it possible to replace factory headlights for a more brigther headlight? Such as the ones on BMWs or Mercedez? Anything brighter than stock

He sells those too. They are the super white DRL's. I have the super white day time running lights. I took out the amber. It looks better on silver. So I have the same white drl and fog lights. I can take a pic of them tonight and post it if you want.
