Is it a Formula Firehawk? SLP converted formulas into the Firehawk, but chances are a previous owner bought something from SLP and put the sticker on.

probably just asking because it has headers and full slp exhaust
and an after market cold air box

A '97 Firehawk would have RPO code R6V on the SPID decal on the door (it the car still has it). Without that code, its not a Firehawk.

An "SLP sticker" on the top of the air box usually just means that the air box lid has been replaced from stock with the better flowing SLP lid. That is all. The exhaust could be after market. The only way to know what you have got is the RPO codes on the door sticker. If you do not have the original RPO sticker on the door, you can run you VIN or just check the VIN at a GM dealer.

If you don't have the original RPO door sticker it is highly unlikely that you have anything special.
