does anyone know anything about these stripes? I can't find others like it and the paints original

Those stripes are not part of any factory package. Original paint or not, those are not stock. Looks like they are loosely based on the 2002 CETA style stripes:

They remind me of my mullet flowing in the wind when the T-Tops were off. Love it.

Lots of aftermarket stripe kits over the years. If YOU like them, keep them for sure..
