LS1er input needed!! hey guys.. ive been searchin around for another bird, ive always liked the newer ones too. i wana garage my '94 so i can overhaul and rebuild her.. please give me some insight on the best yrs.. also, is the LS1 as reliable and as strong as the LT1?? i have 130k on my LT1, it still runs like it would off the showroom floor.. 
i vote for a 98 mabe because i have one..but actually if the funds woulda been there i woulda got a 02..ws6 or transam or firewhawk if i had good funds...ther gonan be worht alot more to i bet last of the breed

hey i hear ya 'msbz'.. if "funds" would allow, id b runnin 8's right now LOL.. somethin about the firebird that runs in my blood, i love em.. thanx for the tips guys, keep on rollin!!
if any of u guys r slightly interested, the LT1 is a great motor.. the parts r priced right and it just runs smooth.. highly recommend for any kinda fun buildup
