Default Simple performance parts?

I own a 91 Firebird with a 3.1 V6 Motor. It has a K&N intake and a Dynomax Exhaust.I want something simple that wont cost over $100 and wont be that much to have installed.I was thinking of pulleys but I recently bought a new serp belt so that would be $40 down the drain unless there are underdrive pulleys available that dont require belt changing.I was also thinking of a High Flow Cat but I've heard they can trigger your SES Light and I dont know what size I need anyway.Someone help me out

I was also thinking of a Shift Kit but they too are expensive to get installed.

You already have the simple mods, not many things cost less than $100. Maybe do the t/b bypass mod for free. Might be good for a few hp ??
