Yes they were ..and still are real... No they were not from the factory..BUT..State of Florida gave the rights to Sunset Pontiac for the logos and markings to produce the Banshee Formula..
The thread below on this site has the most info on the program so far.. I have #4 of the 1995 run from the dealership.. Still runs and looks like it did the day I picked it up..
Just a few miles over 22K and only seen rain twice...
