t/a headlight conversion? ok here's the deal we all know that flip up lights suck!!! well that's my opinion anyway. but i want to remedy this problem by installing fixed lights in my 98 t/a. one problem there though. breathless performance is the only shop that makes a set. they are $1k and look horrid. pham speed is in the process of making a c6 style light conversion but i'm an impatient bastard and i really like the piaa, hella, and eurolite headlamp replacements on the 93-97 camaro. the way they are recessed under the hood they look like eerie floating eyes when the light catches them in the day and they just look bad *** at night. so what i was wondering was can i take the headlamp assembly out of the 93-97 camaro and put it on my 98 t/a without any major fabrication? i mean other than the body panels and engine they're all the same car right? besides this would eliminate some front end weight albeit a small amount from the headlight motors it's still less weight. but somebody please let me know what you think. will it work or will it be a big november golf? any and everyone's input is greatly appreciated.
