Please explain heritage I don't understand how there is a 67 Firebird, but yet the anniversary models are different than the Camaro. If the cars were the same age, then why didn't they have the same anniversary editions?

What's really confusing is the 50th Anniversary Edition Trans Am, the Black and Gold 1976 TA whose paint scheme was carried over to 1977... Smokey and the Bandit.
Pontiac was 50 years old in 1977, but the TA certainly wasn't!
