Parting out
Well for the names of the parts, I'd look in some type of service manual (Chiltons, Haynes, or something similar) for the prices, if it's apopular car you try looking for internet forums, specialty mags, hemings motor news. They all will have parts for sale to give you an idea of what the parts go for.
A digital camera would be a good investment, as alot of folks like to see pics of the parts, before deciding if they want them or not.
When taking the car apart, be orginised, keep the hardware with it, and if needed, note if it's driver or passenger, or front or rear, clean the part up abit and take a pic of it, then post it in the for sale section (if selling on a specific forum) or on ebay ( if you're selling on the net)
