90% of the people who have it, simply taped it off, wet-sanded the area, & spray-painted themselves.
Easy project for the do-it-yourselfer.
It was only a standard GM appearance item on the yellow '02 Collector's Editions Trans Ams. Every one else added themselves. (GMMG may have done it on the Blackbirds also but again, it wasn't a factory GM thing.)
