Default Flow Tech **help**

My friends ows a 2000 model T/A Automatic transmission
can any one tell me or you can say "advice" me is "FLOWTECH" headers are good or not...?
please reply ASAP

They're good if you like leaks, don't bother with them, get some coated Pacesetters instead, and a Y pipe of choice/need (catted or off road)

are u sure ???
what about black PACESETTER headers
do i need a cutout btw my friends mods is intake borla exhaust & hypertech programmer

Flowtechs have a thin flange that eventually due to heat cycling it warps then it leaks.
The black pacesetters have no ceramic coating on them, and the black "paint" peels off, and they will start to rust, also the ceramic coating helps keep the engine bay cool and keeps up the exhaust gas velocity due to the retained heat.
If you want the exhaust loud and un muffled then get a cutout, really depends on how strict the cops are, and how bitchy the neighbors are

actualy our cops are TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Stricky and the neighbors are not bitchy but i don't know what can you say about them but you can say bitchy

Had Flowtechs on my previous car. Didn't have em on there for quite a year when I got rid of it for the M6 car I have now. They gave me no problems while I had the car. But when I got headers for the Black one, I went with Pacesetters, and the quality is better, especially the flange thickness.
