'95 Formula vs. '01 GT

Just wondering who would win from a dead stop? Any guesses on quarter mile times?
'95 Formula A4 3.23's, CAI, long tube headers, off-road Y-pipe, catback, LT4 KM, 160 thermostat, PCMforless tuning.
'01 Mustang GT A4 with 3.73's, CAI, underdrive pulleys, shorty headers, off-road h-pipe, catback, hand held programmer tuning.

Definitely Formula. LT1's have the low-end torque the Ford is lacking. Also, the auto tranny's in these cars perform better than Ford's auto tranny. I don't know if Ford improved them, but I remember Ford's tranny being slow to respond to the driver, and don't shift as crisp as GM.

the LT4 KM is the knock module used in LT4 vettes. I have it because it prevents false knock from the car being so loud. I dunno if it gives u any power which it probaly doesnt but atleast it insures you dont lose any from false knock.
