Skip shift I just did the 99 cent skip shift mod. I wish i had done this a year ago!
Before I found this site on the net I actually thought there was something wrong with my shifter
Now I can quit cursing at my T/A because it shifts like a dream!

I think that is a dangerous thing to be on a car..I almost got rear ended a couple times when I pulled away not quick enough and had to go into 4th and then bog-city...people behind me the couple times it happened must have thought I was crazy...

One weird thing about this. I read that the light reading "Skip Shift" will still light after doing this mod. It does not light up at all on my '98 any longer. Not that I will miss it, but I wonder why mine would behave differently than others have seen...
