Bubbling paint?

I am curious as to how many of you out there have had peeling or bubbling paint on THE HOOD ONLY! My wife and I have encountered at least a few that have had bubbling paint. Anyone else?

Was the hood repainted, perhaps from an accident or otherwise??

A poor prep job will most definitely cause theat to happen, if thats the case.

Not on my TA, I had an old Buick Gran Sport and it was black and man the paint bubbled hard core, but I only paid 800 dollars for the whole paint job. Get what you pay for

I am the original owner of my Black 2000 WS6. One day i was taking the wax off my car, and i noticed a haze on the hood that would not come off, the more wax i put on and take off the worst the haze got. Took it to GM body shop and they say my clear coat was gone. The worst thing about it my warranty just expired so they didn't warranty it.

It wasn't bubble paint but i feel just as bad
