Default Silver GTA emblems..not Gold

So I have a black GTA with polished TTII's. I'm trying to simplify the look, and the gold on the original GTA emblems clashes with the polished aluminum. I was wondering if anyone makes the GTA emblems in black and silver, as opposed to black and gold? Gold is kind of out IMHO.

I've seen TTII's with the center "spokes" painted gold. IMO they would look tight as all hell on your GTA, especially with the little 'minor' accents such as the gold emblems. Just some food for thought.

you might want to just pull them off and paint them yourself, I did that to the center of the emblems on my 68 Bird. The inset was white on my bird and I wanted them to be black to match the car, so I got some paint and a brush and voila, black centered emblems, and nobody else has anything like it.

Some good advice here, thanks. I should clarify. The emblems are gold with black inlays, and I'd prefer them polished or chrome with black inlays. Hmm..I wonder if Dragon does any custom work

I found this site for ya. All the list is gold and your choice of color on top of it. But I don't see why they couldn't whip you up some silver ones. Here is the link.

I replaced the badges on my GTA a couple years ago, so spent some time surfing around looking- never saw anything but gold. I think you'll have to get them custom made.
Don't forget if you're purging the gold you've also got the gold bird on the rear and the little gold Pontiac up front. Those are, however, made in silver colors for the nonGTA models, so no problems for those.

Dragon is a good idea....stailess GTA emblems would be sweet...good luck.

Be sure to post pics when you are done.

GTA Emblems only had gold birds in them, that was what made them different. The only thing changed in them were the outlines of the emblems to the specific color of the car, In your case you have black Outlines around the bird and letters. That what gave the GTAs the tuff look along with the gold crossed laced wheels and gold 'Pontiac' emblem and center Tail light bird as mentioned before. And of course the TPI motor and Ultra seats What did you do with the original wheels from the car?
Good luck and getting some custom ones It will look good wither way.
