Firebird = V6
Firebird Formula = V8 [looks like a v6 firebird]
Trans Am Firebird = V8 [looks like a trans am ]

If you take your car through a high power car wash they will where the window touches the t-top, I found that out the hard way
In the rain they are fine though.

Really hard rain is called Hail LOL Sorry, couldn't resist. Reall hard, like, it's raining big drops and you're doing 100mph? My 91 leaked and I didn't have T-Tops, fine in the rain, but not in the carwash. Nothing to worry about.

nice ride!! im planning doing somewhat the same to my firebird, but i want the slp ram-air h.o. hood instead. i prefer the formula front end better.

You know you can't get a hardtop T/A, you'll have to do the same thing, get a formula and switch all the body parts over.
