I've been putting up with a heavily scratched side mirror for 6 years b/c I understood that I had to replace the entire mirror and housing, paint the housing, and swap it out. Is this accurate, or can I just replace the mirror glass?
My driver side mirror is cracked, some idiot kids down the street shot it with a bb gun. Plus the blue tinting is starting to pit so it looks like crap
you can get just the glass, but the only place I have been able to find it only offers the regular style and not the tinted kind.
