gm p/n 10276353

gmpartsdirect.com

they come in a semi gloss black unpainted, so you'll need to have it painted to match your car

i helped a friend get one a few months back for a silver 02 he got with 9600 miles on it but no front plate cover. he got it in 2 weeks or so, and then went and bought the gm color and clear and painted it himself. he said it came out great (i havent seen pics yet)

afterthoughtsauto.com sells the clear ones.
I had a cop pull me over once for speeding and he wrote me a warning and then told me he had to write another warning for no front plate because he only walked to the edge of my car and saw the outline of the cover. I told him it was there and the cover was clear & he went and looked and said "oh, thats pretty sweet!"

If you want to paint one I know Afterthought Auto sells blemished clear ones for 15 bucks. The blemishes are only some spots in the clear that aren't so clear, but if your going to paint it it's probably the best deal around.

Umm I see them for $50 or $30 blemished. Seems a bit too much for me.

I got one off ebay for like $30, but needs to be repainted. Even scratched up it looks better than that hole in my nose!
