Need Input Please I have been looking at this 98 T/A, it has 46k miles on it and the dealership is asking 11995 for it. is this too much? it seems to be in good condition for the most part....but is there anything i should be looking for to be wrong that a dealership would normally cover up? its not a ws6 or anything, just basic leather interior, T tops, its white. i did notice the exhaust seemed to be hanging down a little further than what i think is normal.
also, what are you guys paying for insurance? im 21 years old and i got quoted at 260 a month which to me is a stabbing.
input from you guys would be greatly appreciated seeing how i am far from a pro.

I would of course drive it first to make sure everything is good with the engine and transmission. Do u have any pics of the car and exhaust? Im sure everybody could tell u alot more with pics. 46,000 miles isnt horrible for a 98 considering the average yearly mileage is 16,000. Lastly if u decide to buy it start at a lower price like 11,500, every dollar is another dollar that goes to what u want to do with the car.

From what I have heard...the 98's have a different computer them 99-02's....tuning is more difficult/less than the others...also depends on whether you intend to mod it very much......I hope others will chime in..or post in PCM Diagnostics/Tuning section and find out more.
