Default Vinyl covering for dash pad.
Can I use rubber cement the bottle that has the brush to adhere my material to the dash? Or do I have to use a spray on glue..

You want the thinnest and most even coverage possible. Clumps or missed spots will show when you pull the vinyl tight.
