Default New wheels are on!!!

Well i have the 18X8.5s Ruff 291s all the way around(black) but im having a fitment issue. I AM lowered 1in up front and 1/2" in back. And im rubbing both rears(fronts are ok). Now i have the fenders rolled so i figured id be ok. Now my question is should i go ahead and buy the 9.5s out back(and have to get 2 new tires) because they are a 45 offset instead of a 35, and try to sell the 8.5s with tires that have less than 1000 miles on them? Or will the drag bags i just ordered help/solve my rubbing issue?!?!?! Im really NOT wanting to fork out the money and buy the wheels and tires then try to sell the other ones. I think it would be hard as hell to sell 2-8.5s with 255/40 Eagle GTs on them. I know the 255s WONT fit on the 9.5s. So i guess my question is WILL the bags solve my issue???

Anyway here are the pics!

i run 18x9.5's in back with a 275

I was running bags with no issues. i do have 20mm drop springs.
but rollled my fenders for safe measure.

Just get the 18x9.5's for the back. Those tires you have now will fit fine on a 9.5" wheel. Goodyear calls for up to a 9" wide wheel. Another 1/2" in width you will be just fine. Dragbags are going to raise your rearend but will keep them from hitting.

Thanks guys! If the bags work im just going to leave them like that right now. MADMAN just started making the rear shock spacers that ive been testing. They work great and give me another inch or so on the inside. Now the tires would hit the A-Arm next. But the mini-tub is about to go underway too. I like being the test mule!!

Do not run 255s on a 9.5 inch rim. Way too small. At the very least run a 265. It may not seem like much, but the location of the sidewall relative to the rim lip is going to affect handling, hooking up and the protection of your rim.

If your getting a mini tub, get some 305s out back on some bigger rims.

Once the mini-tub is done im thinking of going with some CCW Classic Drag Packs(For track use) That way i can fit some meets on them!! But for DD use ill eventually buy some 9.5s(2of the same i have now) if i dont get them now and put some 305s on it.
