i have a 05 gto with the factory stereo. my problem is that the left side speakers are barely working. when i move the balance from center to left the sound almost completely goes away. but there is still a small amount of volume coming out of the left sides. its clear sounding. then when i move it to center the right sides come back on and when i turn it to the right sides only. the sound stays the same. since there is still a little bit of sound coming out of the left sides and it is clear sounding, it leads me to think that the problem is in the amp in the head unit. Any thoughts, suggestions....

Im thinking new head unit. touch screen, something with a aux input
