That is the GTO shifter? WTF.... I thought it would be like a traditional T56 fbody shifter.... that sucks! Thats my biggest complaint about the M6 Goat that I test drove and I hope to have one in a few weeks.

I was the donor car for Hurst in Cleveland. They are currently working on a shifter. Due to the unusual nature of the Holden linkage, no off-the-shelf components could be used. It'll have to be built from scratch. They're also considering a solution for the crappy rubber driveshaft couplings.

RIPSHIFT will work on your GTO.
It is the fastest shifter for your monaro/commodore in Australia.
RIPSHIFT is the only manual shifter that has ran 10 second passes in Australia.

Mat 10.3@138mph
Criso10.5@ 135
Higgins 10.9@125

Heaps of 11 second cars all use RIPSHIFT

Cheers

How much for a rip shift?

If only Lutz had consulted Hurst for a GTO shifter could have earned him good points with the retro folk.
