looking for info on how to turn off ABS light after i deleted the module.

 

Do a Google search for "vzclustermod". It is a program written years ago to change settings in the GTO IPC. However, the same people made a program called "vzairbag" or something similar that may do what you need. If you find vzclustermod, you should also find the airbag program. The original website for the creators has been down for years, but if you go to the relevant thread on the ls1gto forum, you should find some backup copies of the user documentation around page 52 of the thread. You will have to find or make a compatible ALDL connector to plug into your OBD port in order to use the programs, and it may require some command line hex editing. Alternatively, a tech2 dealer device may be able to kill the light for you, but I am not sure of that.

 

I have a Tech 2 but was not able to figure out how to turn the light off with it. Thanks for the info.
