05 GTO throttle problem HELP!!!!

05 GTO with LSX 454 under 1500 rpms if you try and go full throttle it falls on its face for about a second and a half and then will catch up but if your above the 1500 rpms its fine any suggestions ?

ive had fly by wire before but only had problems with the ls2 cars it was tuned by a pretty big speed shop

I'd take it right back to that shop to get it right. Sounds like a tuning issue to me.
