A very nice peice regardless, IMO.

Thanks for posting

My thoughts exactly. Patrick(vararam) make some wicked ****....without a doubt,...anything this company makes,...i'm a firm believer in them. Every car I have installed a vararam on(Y body) they have all picked up 3-4 mph from a air intake mod.

Thats badass mang.

I got a few more pics from last week when they changed the floor of the box and sealed it. They also made a piece that comes over the radiator and covers the area in front of the radiator where it was catching some air and causing some turbulence. They then sealed that area to the hood as well. This was done last friday just to see if there was any difference in airflow over the radiator and into the air box. Seems to be working and it helped IAT's a bit. I will be going over there this Friday again and they may have a different box for me to try out. We will see.

Any idea on price when it finally comes out? Been wanting a OTRCAI since I bought mine back in '04 but everything was/is rediculously high priced from Australia.

Default 2005 GTO w/102mm LSXr intake manifold fitment?

One piece (the piece shown here) will house the filter, and the other piece that is being designed now will connect to the base and go up and above the radiator and pull from in front. The filter is the same 4" filter that they use for the C6 Corvette. They want it to be able to support over 600rwhp naturally aspirated if possible and keep temps to within 10 deg. above ambient or better. As you can see the MAF is being used without any problems, and so far the drive-ability has been excellent.

Looks great, but nothing posted since 2008? I want to run it on a 2005 GTO w/102mm LSXr intake manifold. If it can be done, what's needed?
