manual brakes?
Manual brakes are much more linear and tend to have more direct feel, the issue is clamping power. Power brakes can multiply the force you can apply with your foot vastly beyond any pedal/push rod ratio ever will on manual brakes.
I have driven cars with manual brakes during autocross and it isn't too bad, but I wouldn't consider it for a large track.

oh im not ive ran my car at summit and mt brake booster is dead so i know how much it sucks was just wondering if anyone ekse was crazy enough to do it im replace the boster soon
