ls1 vs jetta Hey guys. There are alot of smack talking jettas around here. One is an 84 dub with a vr swap. How would he fair against my 6 speed ls1 w/ lid and exhaust.

I'm going to assume you intended this for the STREET racing section.
This is road racing, as in road course (on a track)...

There is only ONE really well setup VW that I know of that has been really competitive in my SoloSprint (time trials) series. The guy is a whole province away from me, so I rarely see his car anyways. Otherwise, even my '02 Z28 when it was STOCK would hand VW's their ***
