Introducing myself 
Hi guys,Seeing as how I spend most my time in the road racing section I would intoduce myself a little. I am currently building a 01 WS6 to road race on open track days at Road America. I love all things that turn fuel into noise, but the LS family has always had my heart. Check out my profile on streetfire below. some vids of an gt500 and z06 i used to own. Feel free to introduce yourselfs as well, would love to hear some stories. Im 24years old and actually WON the GT500 in a local auction. Traded it straight up for the Z06 and then sold the vette to a friend for his WS6 and 25K. hit me up if you are interested more.

Wow that must have been very cool to win the GT500. Surprised you didn't get a little bit of cash + Z06. I agreed with your choices though as I would have probably done the same as I prefer F-bodies over the C5 Corvette. If it was a C6 Z06 then that is a different story for me

I think you will find "high speed autocross" appealing! Full track, from a stop, one lap for time. There are events at Blackhawk Farms, Autobahn Country Club, and Milwaukee Mile.
There are several LS1s out, but always room for more!
