Hoosier Wets Looking at picking up a cheap set of Hoosier Wet Radials. 315/35R17. Other than wearing out fast - are there any other issues with running these for road course use in dry conditions?

I would think they would start chunking pretty badly after a few laps, back in the day showroom stock guys would shave their steet goodyears to help keep them from chunking and those tires are about azilliion times harder compound, I would just use the tires as wets and be done with it.
