Fuel starvation/ hard cornering?

I've done some searching and all I've found is something called a "swirl pot" and a reservoir with a second pump. Any ideas for a forth gen?

Are you having problems with it now? I've got the factory tank in my car and I've run it REALLY low on fuel and never had any problems.

If I'm below 1/2 tank the motor wants to die.

Info on the car? Stock, Modified, what year, plastic or steal tank?

02 ls1 tank put into a third gen ls1 swap. The pump has been replaced with a dorman. LS motor is stock.

There are a feed, return, and vent line on these tanks. Have you set them up basically like they where stock? These tanks need a vent line to breath.

I used directions from thirdgen.org. The vent on the tank is intact. I was wondering if a different white housing around the pump is needed?
