Default 5 point sub strap mounting?

I have a 99 TA with stock seats. I had a harness bar built for it but I haven't figured out the correct or best way to attach a bar under the seat for attaching the submarine strap.

Does anyone have any suggestions or pictures?

Thanks,
Brandon

I remember reading an article in GMHTP, the shop fabbed up a metal bar across the seat. Looks pretty simple, for someone who can fab metal.
It's just a long bar that bolts to the existing mounting bolts that hold the seat. I assume it's not as effective as a properly installed one, though...

Wolfe offers one for about 35 bucks.
