Default Alignment specs or suggestions for lowered?

Just picked up my z from storage today and threw it on the alignment rack since the toe was obviously off, i found that the settings i had years ago has changed drastically. Looking for what is working for you, have adjusted the toe only today.

camber -1.5 -1.4
caster 4.2 - 4.4
toe .01 - .01

thrust angle (adj via adjustable panhard rod?) .18

thx...

That is a pretty good amount of camber with stock upper control arms.

Not sure what was the cause or how i got more neg. camber, initially had -1.0 on one side and -.8 on the other as that was all we could get, had a shop install the baer bump steer tie rod ends and changed the front struts years ago, even gave my print out sheet to get close to the same specs. I would think maybe as the tire wore down that it could increased neg camber readings. It would be interesing to put new tires on and see.

Tires should have no effect on camber readings, and I find it very unlikely that a worn tire could possibly add half a degree of camber.

Not to post to another forum, but frrax is an incredible association of f-body autocross/road racers.

I used this thread to get an idea of what I wanted my specs to be.
