The site says you need to let them know its for a 99 when ordering cause I guess theres a little difference. I have a 99 TA and that is what I was going to put it in but Ive decided to hold off on the rear delete and I need money. Its black, brand new and barley a week old. See web site for more info. I also had the amplifier option giving a total of $125 so I guess I paid a crap load for shipping or something cause $154 total is what I paid. I will go $130 shipped FIRM...your basically $125 is what you are going to pay with out shipping brand new on the web site so its a good deal...the extra $5 covers paypal fees for me.

I emailed the manufacturer yesterday afternoon to see if they'll tell me the difference between the 99 and other years. No response as of yet.

 

How is it an insult? $40 off your "asking price" and it's money in the pocket. an insult would have been $50 shipped or something to that extent.

Im also waiting on a email to see what the big difference is on the 99 thing.

 

I got a response today. Per the manufacturer, something is shaped differently on the floor pan of a '99 that necessitates a different shape to the rear seat delete boxes. My guess would be that if you had to use a 99 delete on a non-99 car there would eitehr be a gap between the box and the floor board or there would be a protrusion on the delete that would need to be trimmed to make it hug the non-99 floor board.

Maybe they'll give you, 99WS7, a little more detail.
