You can buy a new one for much more $3600 from the dealer
the trans is like new and includes the c bellhousing, shifter and more
it also has the LS-2 ratios of 2.97 low gear
it is also Best offer listed
if you only want the trans main body that offer on that

Isn't the GTO shifter about 4" further back (toward the rear of the car) than the F-Body shifter location?

The shifter is located to the rear if you look at the trans you can see the f-body attachment point

Default Shifter

Do you know if you can replace the GTO shifter with a F-Body shifter? Would the shifter then line up in the F-Body shifter hole?

Sold or still available??

Got an '02 Z28 in need of a transmission, and an owner in need of a 6-speed . Looks like you've got pretty much everything to do a swap. Let me know if it's gone or not .

Thx ..... Pete
