Default Shitty puller

I tried to pulley the crank pulley, and my 3 arm from Pepboys went into, and broke. I need one by tomorrow, someone link me to one at a pepboys, or sears, or autozone or something I can get by tomorrow.

Just went through this trying to pull off my March pulley. Harbour Freight near my house had a three peice puller. I used the 8 inch one to get it most of the way, then had to back it out and insert a 3/8 deepwell impact socket that would fit on the crank snout, but not hit the hub and pulled it the rest of the way off

the one you used must have had a longer dowel....we had to make a dowel out of a bolt to use the crysler puller......

PM 618HAWK, he has been selling his own puller/installer for years on here. I've got one at the house waiting on me to get back stateside and from what I have read it is worth it's weight in gold

I got the installer tool from him ( i think it was him anyway) but I will be using that when i put it back togeather. I am going to get a machinist friend of mine to make me a longer rod section for the puller for the next time I have to take this thing off. You would have thought that some one on here would have designed a puller rod just for the LS1 motors (SPONSORS HINT HINT HINT) I know I would have paid for one and I am sure that a bunch of other people on here would have done the same to avoid the hassles that we have all been through

yea thats kinda what I used the first time to help remove the stock pulley, but i don't have a grinder in my new garage yet, and lack the patience to do it with a cut off wheel or die grinder
