They are from 99-03 trucks, same part though

Oil pressure sensors have not been tested but they were off of fully functional engines and yes they will fit the F-body, exact same sensor.

The coil packs come with the bracket and the harness. Drop me a PM with a shipping zip code if you guys are seriously interested
