Default Nitrous problem

I started having trouble with my truck when I hit the nitrous...it runs fine on motor but as soon at you hit the juice the truck starts breakin up, skiping and stuff. I have NGK tr6 gaped at .38 on a 100 dry shot. I pulled the plugs and the 1st cly. on the drivers side plug was burnt off. all the others were fine...I replaced the plugs with a fresh set of TR6's and it didn't fix it...same thing. What could it be? MAF or something else?...like a said it runs strong on motor...It was working great on spray...just started this last week.
