We actually just released our Torquer V4. It's not yet on our site but we have several in stock. It's the same duration as the V3 but with the new Texas Speed proprietary lobes from comp. The specs on that cam is 231/234 .619/.612 on a 111° LSA. Powerwise you will only see a 1 to 1.5 rwhp difference but you will have the softer lobes to make the valvetrain last longer. Once I get a full list of the updated cam specs for our cams we will make a post introducing our new lobes. All of our cams that had LSK lobes are now offered with our new TSP lobe as well. Personally, I've always loved the Torquer V3 cam. Now that our newest version has a less aggressive lobe and only gives up about 1rwhp it's a win win! If you're interested give us a call. We would be happy to set you up with one.

Yeah, the TR230 wasn't so bad, until the dowel sheared off and almost cost me an engine. I still have it...probably make a lamp out of it.
Reverse splits have their place regardless of the naysayers.

I have an 01 Z28 and made 393.5 rwhp with the V3, ls6 intake, 243s, pacesetter longtubes, 3 inch y pipe SLP loudmouth, and k&n cold air. With 3.73 gears in 6th gear going 70 on the interstate at ~ 1500 rpms I get 23 mpg on a tank. I really like the V3 and would suggest it to anyone.

I'd say go with the new Torquer v4, if you plan to stick with a TSP cam.

Between those choices id go 233/239. It is also the cam i currently run. I also ran the old MTI X1 which is similar to the TR230. I had no issues with them.

My current 233/239 drives fine and lopes hard. The TSP torquer 2 232/234 or 233/239 are the biggest cams i would run in a daily driver.

Street Sweeper HT from Ed Curtis ground on a Cam Motion billet core. Pretty easy choice. You'll be faster with that cam than any of those ones you listed.

There is a problem here. Ed uses Comp and Lunati.

Oh really? Perhaps you should talk to him. He is a pretty big Kip fan.

My last correspondence with him was several years ago, but at that time when I asked him about who can grind his cams, he stated he uses Comp and Lunati, and that he has proprietary cam lobes with both companies. I wasn't aware that it's now possible to get an infamous Ed Curtis/FTI cam ground by Cam Motion, but that's great news.

Yup. That's fairly recent from what I understand.

As much as I like Geoff and his lobes, I want to try Ed next go around. And Kip's cores are great. So it's a good match.

Indeed indeed. He WILL grind with Cam Motion if you so request.

My buddy has this cam with stock 243s and a fast 102 in a M6 Camaro and made 429hp/402 torque. He said it pulls very hard everywhere.

Im running the Comp Cams LSR 231/239. I love it. It chops real nice. I notice people pulling up next to me at a red light and cracking there window just to listen to my car lope. Real fun
