Default What parts are these?

Buddy of mine has been "teaching" me how to work on my car, but he's got an annoying habit of taking things off without showing me or explaining what he's doing. So I've got some hardware that I'm pretty sure goes to the intake but I have no idea what it is. Here are some pics:

I'm also pretty sure I figured out which bolts go to the fuel rails, but I'm not sure which ones go where. Two are regular hex head and the other two have studs on top.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Fuel rail retaining bracket and an EVAP / PCV hose bracket.

You don't need them. Promptly find a waste bin and open the lid, hold them in your hand over the now opened top and let them go. Close lid.

As for the fuel rail bolts, I'm not recalling any that had studs on top.

These are the bolts I was using, but I realized those are for the water vent lines. Found the correct ones.

What about this clip? It was in a bag with the rest of the fuel rail hardware, but I can't figure out what it's supposed to hold or where it goes.

Got me on that one. Probably held a wire loom or something. You'd be surprised how much crap is under there you really don't need...

I believe the one in that bottom pic is the bracket that holds the throttle cables.
