Theft question on these fbodies
02 ws6, ive had security issues with my car since ive had it. I cant lock it and unlock it without the security going off and not allowing me to turn the engine over for like 10 minutes. Of course my horn has been disabled because it became so regular but i found this sensor in the rear by the spare tire. Would it be fine to disconnect it? I never lock it anyways anymore but id like to have a horn again without being worried about it going off randomly.. The sensor sticker reads "theft deterent shock sensor set at factory to comply with legal requirements. See owners manual for more info"

I don't think the vats will cause the horn to go off. Vats will prevent the car from starting and the alarm going off is probably a separate issue.
