6 pin Wideband O2 to 4 pin harness?
my motor guy said to buy wide band O2s for my LS, he insisted on it, so i listened. they came in and are 6 pin square female and my harness is 4 pin flat male. i asked the tuner/harness guy what i should run and he said the wide band are stupid unless i am going to dyno tune it and the ECU program he put on there doesn't even support them.
so...... can i make these work since i already have them?

I use wideband for tuning and monitoring, and narrowbands for the PCM to do its thing. I looked at my wideband last night when I came across your trade post but it's different. Your best bet is to just buy the flat 4 pin o2's and maybe buy a wideband gauge that uses that plug so you are set up rather than trying to convert them. Most quality wideband gauges have outputs that can be programmed to give the narrowband signal but you are starting to complicate things. If it's a budget thing then check your local parts yard because they are always out there.
