CFFL Spyders - Too good To Pass Up
Last week or so I was trying to decide on what headlights I wanted to purchase. I was tossing around whistlers or the Spyder/Sonars. I purchased the Sonars for my last SS and really liked the way they turned out. They're not super fantastic by any means, but work well enough to where I was considering it for these. I looked at many different NBM camaros, searched eBay for hours...then I remembered Amazon Prime. Typically these kinds of things are not a steal on Amazon Prime...however...this day, this time and this purchase they were. I do believe it was error on Spyder's part, but I took advantage of it. I found a set of CFFL Sonars from Spyder, Brand New for $64 and some change, shipped to my house the next day.

They're better than stock, but they're nothing compared to Marimoto (sp) retrofits. I ordered some HIDs to put in there. We'll see. I did have a hard time getting one in, but I believe that is because the car has had front end damage in the past. The front bumper cover is not original, and I believe the brackets may be off...so getting them perfectly adjusted isn't as easy as my last SS. The CFFL looks killer though. They're definitely brighter than the normal LEDs

Their Product is ****, I have a set of black halo's on my GTO and in under a year some of the led's failed and there was a gloss coating on the outer plastic lense that began to peel off. When I contacted them about it, they told me I bought them through a non authorized dealer and there was nothing they could do for me...... Like I was aware i was purchasing them from a non authorized dealer. For the record that was anybody selling them on amazon or ebay.
I was really happy with them at first until they started degrading rapidly, and my car stays in the garage for what its worth.
