Just pulled this clutch/transmission out yesterday, as I'm going to an automatic. Sold the transmission along with the clutch to a semi local guy, so he came to my house and we went riding to demonstrate the transmission and clutch. During the drive, i dogged the car pretty good basically trying to get the clutch to slip to make sure everything was legit (there was ZERO slip). Buyer was satisfied with the deal, so we came home and yanked everything out and this is what we found. Clutch had about 12,000 miles and some tracks appearances on it. Only reason for this thread is to give props to Monster for a solid product.

That disc is in pretty rough shape ?
My old OZ700 Tex of similar design still looked like new after 10k and multiple low 10s runs.
It's pretty amazing how well some of the big single discs do hold up !

Yea, it was in pretty bad shape. Was amazed that it still wasn't slipping, even though it was missing chunks out of all the pucks.
