Haha, I am in the same boat so it is going to get a wrap not paint. I can't afford a full paint job right now. I really can't afford the wrap but by the time the car is done I might be able to save up for one. That is the plan anyway.

I really wasn't to familiar with wraps until I saw Streetspeed717's Corvette with that crazy wrap. Now he wrapped his duramax In a flat gray wrap with black decal on the hood. Looks so clean, if you haven't seen any of his video's you should check him out on youtube. He does crazy wraps. Also yeah the wraps are pretty costly but I think they are able to last like 5-7 years depending on how the car is treated and what elements the wrap is exposed to. I don't think you can really go wrong with a wrap.

Haha, thats okay. Yeah the wraps seem to be the way to go if you can afford them. They are about half the cost of a full paint job but still expensive. I am leaning towards the wrap but right now I don't have enough money to finish the turbo system so it will be a little while before the wrap happens. From all the guys I have talked to if you take decent care of a wrap and get a quality one to start with you can get 7 plus years pretty easy out of one.

Been busy but starting to get some work done. Tore the engine down for a Tick stage ll turbo cam, ARP fasteners, new gaskets, Brian Tooley valve springs and seals, new pushrods, Straub tunion rockers, knock sensor delete valley cover, and a new intake setup.

Also changed the front coil over springs out for some 12" ones to get the nose of the car down a couple of inches.
