Default Forged connecting rod questions

Hi everyone, I recently purchased forged scat hbeam rods with 7/16 arp 2000 bolts and all the goodies. there nice pieces but I have 2 questions:

1- it says on the instructions that each rod is labeled with its corresponding cylinder. I see part numbers on side of rod but I don't see individually marked cylinders.

2- I dont know which orientation the connecting rod should face, let's say the piston arrow is facing up, which side of rod faces upwards?

I appreciate any imput, thanks

1 - They're not marked. I've never seen a rod marked by the manufacturer that way. Are you sure it's not saying that you should mark them?

2 - The big end bore has a chamfer on one side. That chamfer is meant to clear the radius on the crank journal of aftermarket cranks so when the two rods are on the journal, the chamfers should face away from each other. When you assemble the rods and pistons, the tangs in the big end bore should be opposite the valve reliefs.
